    At the beginning of a project, we need to understand our clients first and identify what they want to achieve by working together with us. Clarifying our clients¡¯ and their customers¡¯ needs allows us to satisfy them with the right solution. Knowing hasty and careless approaches will mislead clients, we consider not only upward potentials, but also downward possibilities that may jeopardize our clients. This lets us fortify the strong points and opportunity, and eliminate the weak and threatening forces.

  • Strategy
    The three-step strategy development methodology establishes a cornerstone of strategic value for our clients typically concerned with obtaining and sustaining a competitive advantage over the specified period of time. Our Business Strategy team first defines the clients' business situation and an appropriate context for strategic decision-making (Clarification), then defines critical success factors and identifies attractive strategic alternatives. Finally it specifies our recommended strategy and its logical flow into Prototyping.

  • Prototyping
    Prototyping allows us to crystallize the findings uncovered in strategy construction. Concepts and strategies are realized through the creation of content maps, project specifications, and prototypes. It provides the foundation for the building and development phase of the project (Implementation). Two critical factors compose the Prototyping phase: The first one is ¡®information architecture and design¡¯ and the second ¡®technology¡¯. Both of these factors are closely linked to the functionality and practical usability of the site.
    Therefore, benchmarks to meet business objectives that were set in Strategy phase are tested early throughout Prototyping to ensure the project's success.   • Evaluation, Enhancement and Reinforcement
